My first years as an English tutor for executive staff and entrepreneurs clearly taught me one thing: my students had overwhelming motivation to turn their lives around as fast as possible. They all had clear-cut goals – some more realistic than others – and they were incredibly ambitious.
Their vision was the key to their success.
They had images of themselves pitching million-dollar ideas to venture capitalists they met as part of their trendy jet-setter lifestyle, rubbing shoulders with the high society in their field of work, attending exclusive masterclasses, leading a life of achieved potential and boundless success.
Skill, drive and creativity, however, are nothing without a vehicle to share them with the world: the English language.

Qualifications
Having moved to Finland in 2012, I went back to school to enhance my pedagogical qualifications and expertise in Computer Information Systems and have now worked over 5 years in a Senior Lecturer position teaching various aspects of English, including ICT and Business English, and English for Academic Purposes.
My expertise in both technical and pedagogical matters gave me the perfect skillset to cater to busy and tech-savvy individuals' needs.

Career Path
Back in 1996-1999, as an Assistant Professor, I taught English and World Literature to Romance and Germanic linguistics students at Ivanovo State University (Russia).
